Refund Requests


TMHA Policy:

Finance REFUNDS

All Withdraw, Refund, and Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. A refund or part of the entire individual registration fee shall be determined by the TMHA Treasurer when:

a) A signed player through injury cannot complete the playing season (prior to January 10th of said season)
b) A signed player’s place of residence changes to a location outside the municipal boundaries of the City of Timmins (prior to January 10th of said season)
c) A signed player is duly released by the TMHA board upon a request by the Coach of the signed player (prior to January 10th of said season)

Any player who voluntarily quits a team after November 15th of the hockey season for any reason (other than those stated in a, b, or c above) shall not be reimbursed or refunded any part of the team fees or Association registration fees. If the required fees have not been paid in full at the time a player quits, then TMHA may withhold a release for the player until such time as these fees are paid in full.

Any player who voluntarily quits a team prior to November 15th (and having signed a player card) of the hockey season for any reason (other than those stated in a, b, or c above) shall be reimbursed or refunded 50% of the team fees and Association registration fees. If the required fees have not been paid to the 50% level at the time a player quits, then TMHA may withhold a release for the player until such time as these fees are paid in full.
